Discovery How I went from 216 Lbs to 132 & and it feels like I am back in my 20s by doing fasting without fasting methods 
Hey there, I'm Patty, and I'm 58 years old. I want to tell you my story because I'm super proud of something I did. 
I lost 84 pounds without having to do tough diets or hard exercises.

A long time ago, about 25 years ago, I became a mom. I knew that having a baby might make me gain a little weight, but I didn't realize how tricky it would be to stay in shape, especially when you're a mom. 
It hit me later that I wasn't as healthy as I should be when my doctor said my blood sugar was too high, 
and I might get diabetes.

I wasn't very active, so I guess I shouldn't have been so surprised. 
But this news really scared me, thinking about all the health problems it could cause. 
I tried making some small changes like eating less and avoiding snacks. I even tried doing some workouts.

But things got tougher when I went through a divorce. I was so stressed and sad that I started eating for comfort. 
knew it was a bad idea, but I kept telling myself it was okay. I felt like some things were out of my control.

I tried going to the gym, but it didn't give me the results I wanted. I didn't like working out in the park either because it felt like everyone was watching me.

Then, a friend told me about a special way to lose weight without traditional fasting. I didn't believe her at first. 
But then I saw a story on Instagram about a woman a bit older than me who lost over 84 pounds with the same method. So, I decided to try it too!

I talked to my doctor to make sure it was safe, and he said it was a good idea for me. I gave it a try.

I even got a promotion at work. I kept doing this method every day and started eating healthier. 
Instead of pizza, I chose grilled chicken and veggies. I felt great, and I started to get in better shape.

In the end, I lost a total of 84 pounds, and my body changed a lot. I feel amazing and more attractive.
